Welding Capabilities
Anel Corporation can provide welding services for all of your components. All material cut, punched, formed, or machined in-house at Anel Corporation can be welded to produce complete parts or subassemblies prior to delivery. We offer the following welding types:
  • MIG Welding
  • FCAW Welding
  • Submerged Arc
  • Stud Welding

    Material

    		All Grades of Carbon Steel and Aluminum are available.

    Material Thickness

    		We can weld material up to 2" thick.

    Part Size

    		We can weld your components into all shapes and sizes. Our 80,000 sq-ft floor can accommodate any design.

    Minimum Order

    		We can accommodate the creation of prototypes up to high volume runs.

    		We have welded material and created parts for use in mining, material handling, waste handling, and earth moving equipment.

    Secondary Operations

    		We offer a full complement of added value operations: cutting, punching, forming, machining, bending, shot blasting, painting/powder coating, and cleaning.

    Quality Control

    		All Material certifications are directly from the mill.
    We have a strict Quality Assurance system including:
  • Dimensional Measurement/Inspection
  • Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing
  • Leak Testing
  • Product Testing

    • Preferred Design Drawing File Types

    		We prefer Pro/E files. We also accept AutoCAD, IGES, STEP, PDF, and all image files.
