Anel Corporation can provide painting and powder coating services for all of your components. All material cut, punched, formed, or machined in-house at Anel Corporation can be painted or powder coated to provide ready to use parts or subassemblies prior to delivery.

    Painting Processes

    		We provide both wet coat painting and powder coating for all parts fabricated by Anel Corp. All painting and coating is done in a sealed climate controlled area to ensure uniform application.

    Colors

    		We can match or create any color to suit your needs.

    Material

    		All Grades of Carbon Steel and Aluminum are available.

    Part Size

    		We can paint or powder coat any size or shape part that is fabricated by Anel Corporation.

    Minimum Order

    		We can accommodate the creation of prototypes up to high volume runs.

    		We have fabricated and painted/powder coated parts for use in mining, material handling, waste handling, and earth moving equipment.

    		We offer a full complement of added value operations: cutting, punching, forming, machining, bending, welding, shot blasting, and cleaning.

    Quality Control

    		All paint and powder coat is visually inspected.
    We have a strict Quality Assurance system including:
  • Dimensional Measurement/Inspection
  • Ultrasonic Non-Destructive Testing
  • Leak Testing
  • Product Testing

    • Preferred Design Drawing File Types

    		We prefer Pro/E files. We also accept AutoCAD, IGES, STEP, PDF, and all image files.
